WorkerB^® Power Pack Motor System

The most powerful motor found on portable sewing machines, the WorkerB delivers 2.5 times the power of other portable motors. When the machine encounters resistance from changes in fabric thickness or density, the control box provides a boost in torque to power through. Easily adjust the maximum sewing speed with the dial on the control box. Whether your comfort level is 1 stitch per second precision or 550 stitches per minute, the WorkerB provides maximum power.

Walking Foot Technology

The machine feeds for you; you just have to guide the material. This way, you can focus on what you are sewing. All fabric layers are fed through the machine in one fluid motion, reducing uneven feeding and stitch puckering. The walking foot technology transitions seamlessly over varying material thicknesses, climbing up and down fabric assemblies with ease.

Posi-Pin^® Safety Shear

This patented sacrificial pin (Patent #7438009) protects your machine from damage. It is designed to break if your Ultrafeed hits something hard (metal snap or zipper) or binds up, helping to save your machine from potential internal damage. This important machine advancement is only found on Sailrite sewing machines!

EZ Set™ Stitch Length Plate

Easily adjust your stitch length for precise, consistent stitching in both forward and reverse. The lever is spring-loaded for quick and easy back tacking. The Ultrafeed has the longest stitch length of any portable sewing machine on the market.

WorkerB^® Integrated Light

The preinstalled integrated light shines a bright, concentrated beam of light onto the machine’s presser foot so you can clearly and easily see your stitching. And being internal, the light does not get in your way.

Portability

The Ultrafeed provides ultimate portability for on-site repair work and sewing jobs. Our heavy-duty Industrial Carrying Case will protect your machine while you sew on the go. The case is framed with aluminum edges and the corners are reinforced with zinc alloy end caps. Specially designed foam pads inside the lid keep your Ultrafeed supported, allowing you to store the machine on its side.

Thread & Needle Size Range

The Ultrafeed sews thread weights from Tex 30 up to Tex 92 and needle sizes #10-#22.

Stitch Types

The machine sews in straight stitch up to 6mm in length and in zigzag stitch up to 5mm in width.

Needle Position

Move the needle to the left, right and center with the built-in needle positioning lever to help you get your stitches closer to zippers without changing the foot.
